After 35 years of owning and operating an Italian Salumeria both in Brooklyn, NY, and in Palermo, Sicily, Franco Casamento joined forces with expert butcher Frank Gassoso. Together they formed C.G. & C. Meat Market, Inc., more affectionately known today as “Frank & Sal’s”.
